Step 1 - Superior Design

Schwab's exclusive contemporary design safeguards against water damage. Our unparalleled seamless construction, coupled with an inner steel vault, is the only design that makes any forced entry impossible to conceal, as well as offers maximum fire protection. This seamless outer wrapper, along with a sealed back panel, also prevents entry of water.

Step 2 - Superior Materials

Insulite ™, the most efficient insulation in the industry, is the substance used to insulate the fireproof file against fire and heat damage. Insulite ™ is cleaner and lighter weight than insulation used by competitors, and it does not absorb water. This directly prevents water contact to your files through decomposed insulation in the event of water damage. Going back to our inner steel jacket, further water damage is prevented to consecutive drawers, even if one drawer is left open. Each drawer and it's steel liner combine to make individual vaults.

Step 3 - Superior Innovation

We started with a superior construction design, then utilized our superior insulation material. Now we can further extend our water resistance protection by adding a seal which further safeguards against the perils of water damage.

The seal is made of a premium high temperature material, applied to the joint where the drawer head, the outer cabinet, and the inner steel vault meet, creating water resistance which is unprecedented.

These attractive 5000 - 25 Inch Deep Vertical Files come standard with both the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Class 350 - 1 Hr. Fire Resistance but also water and impact resistance. tive series of vertical files is perfect for protecting paper documents in a compact area such as an office workstation or home office.

Available in legal- or letter-size, and in two- or four-drawer models, each drawer includes a movable divider and is perfect for Manila folders. They also include hanger bars for use with hanging folders. The legal size file can accommodate legal, letter and folio size folders.

Fire resistant - assure - far greater than the normal business fire.

Fire, Water and Impact resistant - protection from temperatures reaching 1700º F for one hour, resistance from water and add the extra assurance that if the file falls through a floor, up to 30 feet, or is hit by falling beams or debris, the drawers will not jar open.

UL Rated Medeco Security Lock For those consumers who desire the extra protection that a security classified lock affords, the Medeco key lock design safeguards against lock picking, manipulation, drilling, pulling, and other forms of attack. Restricted key duplication protects against unauthorized key access. These features, combined with Schwab's unique file construction, yield the only fire file that is virtually impossible to break into without leaving distinct visible evidence.	Leguard Digital Lock The electronic digital lock gives the benefits of multiple combinations and ease of combination change. An easy to see digit pad allows the user to open the lock in about seven seconds, or change the combination within a few minutes.	Group 2 Combination Lock The three-digit combination lock offers extra security and convenience to users.

Key Locking Group 2 Combination Lock One way to achieve dual control, this three-digit combination lock won't operate until the key lock is opened. Dual control can also be achieved through use of multiple key locks, which prevent the file from opening unless all key locks are opened.	Group 1R Combination Lock The special design of this lock makes it difficult to manipulate open, or use x-ray technology to open, yet gives the user the extra security and convenience of a combination lock.

2. Curbside Delivery +$75 - Must be selected for business deliveries without a loading dock or the ability to unload cabinet from truck (ex. forklift).
