How To Use Your Account
- Editing Account Information

You can change your contact information, billing address, shipping address by signing into the Your Account area and clicking on click on "Edit" links under the Account Dashboard menu
- Password Forgotten

If you have lost or forgotten your password, simply click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the account login screen, enter your email address and you will be emailed a new password.
- Change Your Password

On the first page of "Your Account" under the Contact Information field click on "Change Password". Change your password by entering your old password and then your new password twice.
- Order History And Status

To review your Recent Order status login to your account and you will see a list of your most recent orders. Review your Order History by clicking on the "My Orders" link in the left menu. If you are not logged in you will be prompted for your email address and password.
You can review the details of any of your orders by clicking on the "View Order" button. The order detail page will allow you to reorder, print your order. Additional shipping information and tracking numberswill be visible when available.
If you used Google Checkout to complete your purchase, you can also log into your Google Checkout account at http://checkout.google.com to check its progress.
- Address Book

Our address book feature allows you to store additional delivery addresses for friends, family and colleagues.
To manage your address book, click the "Address Book" link under the Your Account heading. Here you will be able to edit existing addresses or add additional addresses.
You cannot change the shipping address of an order already in progress. If you need to change the shipping address for an order you have already placed please contact us at (888) 258-3436.
- Savings Alert Changes

To make changes to your Savings Alert subscriptions click on "Newletter Subscriptions". Here you will be able to make all of your necessary changes.
